Due to the fact that all our cruises operate on a strictly charter basis, departure times can be flexible depending on prior bookings. It is therefore important to book early in order to secure your preferred date, departure time and cruise duration.

PLEASE NOTE:  A deposit of at least $100 is required on booking. This can be arranged by credit card (not Amex or Diners) over the phone or by cash, bank transfer or money order made to "Gold Coast Gondolas" and posted to

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Confirmation of booking : Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

Cancellation Policy : Once your booking has been confirmed you will incur a fee if you subsequently cancel or reschedule your booking. No refunds will be given for cancellation within 48 hours of cruise departure time or if we are unable to refill your booking.

Weather : The cabin of our gondolas can be set up to cater for most weather conditions. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your cruise due to severe weather conditions you will have the option to reschedule your booking, receive a Gift Certificate valid for six months or receive a full refund. No fees will be incurred in this case.
