In addition, due to our size and draft, we are the only commercial cruise vessels that can safely pass under low and narrow bridges thus giving you the opportunity of seeing some of the best aspects of the Gold Coast that you would not see from any other cruise vessel.

Cruise Options:

Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Dinner and Un-catered cruises operate daily from 9-00 am till late on an exclusive luxury charter basis for groups of 2 to 6 persons.

Cruise Duration

You have the option of a 1, 1½ or 2 hour cruise with the 1 ½ hour luxury cruise being the most popular choice . Most customers who do the 1 hour luxury cruise wish they had cruised for longer as they had enjoyed it so much.

Departure Times

Due to the fact that all cruises operate on an exclusive luxury charter basis, departure times can be flexible depending on prior bookings. Our Gold Coast gondola cruises are extremely popular with locals and tourists to the Gold Coast and as a result are often fully booked well in advance particularly over weekends and public holidays. It is therefore advisable to book early in order to secure your preferred date and departure time.

Drinks

Drinks are B.Y.O. (there is a bottle shop at Mariners Cove ~ 30 metres down from the Hog's Breath Café). Ice buckets, ice, glasses and opener will be ready on the Gondola.

Cruise Departure Point

Our Gold Coast gondolas depart from berth A8 at Mariners Cove Marina, 60-70 Sea World Drive, Main Beach (just 10 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise). Mariners Cove is the first marina on your left as you travel up Sea World Drive towards Sea World. Hogs Breath Café is just ahead of the main car park entrance. Berth A8 is on the first arm down to your left situated immediately in front of Peter's Wharf Seafood Restaurant.

Arrival

You need to arrive at our Gold Coast gondolas at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and need to have your B.Y.O. drinks with you. It is also advisable to bring a warm jumper and a camera.

Weather

The cabin incorporates a number of curtains and clear panels which can be open or closed to suit prevailing weather conditions. Fleecy rugs are also provided. In the unlikely event of having to cancel a cruise due to extreme weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your booking, receive a gift certificate valid for 6 months or take a full refund.
