Departure times are subject to availability and existing bookings. In some cases, departure times may need to be adjusted slightly if required
Bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced cruise duration to avoid impacting subsequent bookings
A 10% public holiday surcharge applies to all cruises operating on public holidays and will be added to your booking confirmation where applicable
Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation or change will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise departure time are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance owing may be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking
Rescheduling requests are not permitted within 48 hours of your cruise departure time
Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable
In the event that a cruise is cancelled by Gold Coast Gondolas due to adverse weather conditions or operational safety concerns, guests will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund
- A gift certificate
- Rescheduling to an alternative date
We are happy to accommodate up to two reschedule requests free of charge, provided more than 48 hours’ notice is given prior to your cruise departure time. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $30 rescheduling fee
Cruises cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may choose between:
- A refund less a 10% cancellation fee based on the total booking value, or
- A gift certificate for the full amount paid
